THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How long before my order is processed?
    We endeavour to process all orders within 3 working days of receipt. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm your order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Information on our standard delivery service
    We currently offer a standard delivery method to UK and Northern Ireland. We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Deliveries to Northern Island, the Highlands will take longer to arrive. For further information please refer to our Delivery & Returns page. A signature is requested for all deliveries.   • How do I return an item?
    Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
  • Have you received my returned goods?
    As soon as your returned goods have been processed by our team, we’ll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us and we will aim to have the problem solved asap. If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

  • I haven't received an email
